Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 29, 2026

1. Introduction

Studio Pro ("we", "us", "our") operates nanostudiopro.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our service.

2. Information We Collect

  • Account information: email address and authentication details when you sign up.
  • Uploaded content: images, product photos, and other files you upload to the platform.
  • Generated content: AI-generated images and associated metadata created through our service.
  • Store connections: if you connect a Shopify or other e-commerce store, we store the store URL, name, and encrypted API credentials.
  • Usage data: generation history, credit usage, and feature interactions to improve the service.
  • Analytics data: on our public pages only, aggregate traffic measurements such as page views, referring site, approximate location at city level, and device type. See section 8.
  • API tokens and request logs: when you generate a Personal Access Token from Settings, we store only a hashed version of the token (never the raw value) plus a short display prefix. When you use the public API, we log the endpoint accessed, timestamp, status code, IP address, and user agent for 30 days for security and abuse prevention.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and maintain the Studio Pro service.
  • To process your image generations using third-party AI models (Google Gemini, Kling).
  • To sync product images with your connected e-commerce stores.
  • To track credit usage and manage your subscription.
  • To improve our service and develop new features.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate:
  • Google Gemini API: for AI image generation and analysis. Images you generate are processed by Google's servers.
  • Kling: for AI video generation. Images you animate are sent to their servers.
  • Cloudflare R2: for secure file storage.
  • Railway: for application hosting and our database.
  • Google Sign-In: for authentication, when you choose to sign in with your Google account.
  • Stripe: for payment processing. Payments are completed on Stripe's own hosted checkout, so your card details never reach our servers.
  • Resend: to deliver transactional email such as sign-in, welcome, and account notices.
  • Google Analytics: for aggregate traffic measurement on our public pages. See section 8.
  • Shopify API: if you connect your store, we interact with Shopify to read and write product data.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your uploaded and generated images are stored on Cloudflare R2 servers. Store API credentials are encrypted at rest. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, but no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual assets, generations, or your entire account at any time. Deleted content is permanently removed from our storage.

7. Your Rights

  • Access, correct, or delete your personal data.
  • Export your generated images at any time.
  • Disconnect third-party store integrations.
  • Delete your account and all associated data.

8. Cookies and Analytics

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. These are required for the service to work and cannot be turned off.

On our public pages — the landing site, blog, documentation, login, and shared galleries — we also use Google Analytics to understand aggregate traffic. It sets its own cookies to tell returning visitors apart between sessions. We deliberately do not load it inside the signed-in application.

We do not use advertising cookies, we do not sell your data, and we do not track email opens or link clicks. Blocking analytics cookies in your browser does not affect your ability to use the service.

9. Shopify App Users

If you install Studio Pro as a Shopify app, we access your store data only within the scopes you approve during installation (product reading and writing, product image management). We do not access customer data, orders, or financial information. You can revoke access at any time from your Shopify admin.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
